HAIR COLOR SERVICES
Ombre/Color Melt
The gradient from dark to light or light to dark—minimal dimension. More often than not, this service requires a root-to-end lightening service to enable us to start with a ‘blank canvas.’ After lightening, we deposit color back into the hair and are able to manipulate where the blend of colors begins and ends.
Fantasy Color
A service for clients who are looking to go all-over vivid tones – Rainbow, unicorn, oil slick, neon, etc.
Foiliyage
The marriage of a ‘balayage’ with ‘foils,’ creating the name “foiliyage.” This is a technique that results in foil being used to incubate heat to create maximum lift of the hair. Teasing & babylights are usually utilized for this technique. May create a dimensionally highlighted look with fully lightened ends (ombre) and a seamless blend from the natural darker root color. Toner color melt, shampoo, blow dry and style included.
Hand Painted Balayage
Choose this option if you are looking for a subtle highlighted look. This is a hand-painted technique that is processed in open air. Result of this would be something within 1-4 levels of lift: subtle, sun-kissed, and warm toned. Toner, shampoo, blow dry and style are included.
Full Highlight/Babylight
Foils used to isolate hair to be lightened -- creates dimension throughout the hair. This look usually creates a multi-dimensional look and leaves dark pieces (or low-lights) throughout the ends of the hair. Toner color melt, shampoo, blow dry and style included.
Partial Highlight/Babylight
A ‘half version’ of the full highlight/babylight service. A partial brings up lightness around areas that are easily seen such as the hairline, part area, and nape. This would be anywhere between 15-25 foils. Toner color melt, shampoo, blow dry and style included.
Block Color(“Peek-a-boo”)
A “chunk” or “block” of hair colored a different color than the rest. (The remainder of hair not being colored usually stays natural.)
Face-framing piece aka “Money Piece”

Lowlights are a technique used much in the same way as highlights (weaving, foiling and developing), but with hair dye to shade strands darker instead of lifting them lighter.
